In the end of the lesson, students can be able to:
1)    State reaction between metals with oxygen
Activities

1)    Demonstrating an experiment between metals and oxygen to the students
2)   Meanwhile demonstrate to the students, teacher also explains to the students precaution steps that they need to do during handling experiment
3)   Students are asked to record the observation
4)   Analyzing and discussing the result of the experiment
Noble Value
1)    Listen to the teacher orders
Teaching Aids
Science’s Process Skills, laboratory materials and apparatus

Day
Monday
Time
10.25 am – 10.55 am
Learning Area
Energy and Chemical Changes
Learning Objectives
1)    Apply the concepts of reactivity series of metals
Learning Outcomes
In the end of the lesson, students can be able to:
1)    Relate the position of metals in the reactivity series to the method of extraction of metals from their ores
2)   Explain with the examples the process of extraction of a metal from its ore using carbon
3)   State the importance of the reactivity series
Activities

1)    Explaining that position of metals in the reactivity series can influence the method of extraction of metals from their ores.
2)   Explaining the concepts of reactivity series of metals by giving the example of metal extraction and showing the diagram of the extraction
3)   Letting students to discuss what they have learned
4)   Randomly asking students about topic that being learned in order to know they understand what they have learned or not.
Noble Value
Cooperate
Teaching Aids
Science’s Text book
Reflection
Lesson cannot be done as students went to the school hall for the medical test.

Carbon Compounds
Learning Objectives
1)    Analyze various carbon compounds
2)   Analyze alcohol and its effects on health
Learning Outcomes
In the end of the lesson, students can be able to:
1)    List sources of hydrocarbons
2)   State the elements found in alcohol
Activities
1)    Revising the previous lesson by asking students about organic, inorganic compounds and hydrocarbons
2)   Explaining sources of the hydrocarbons.
3)   Explaining what is alcohol and elements in it by showing general molecular structure of alcohol and few example of alcohol like methanol and ethanol
4)   Giving example of alcohol in daily live and the use of it
5)   Asking students to give another examples
Noble Value
