Learning Objectives
1)    Understand electrolysis
Learning Outcomes
In the end of the lesson, students can be able to:
1)    Describe the electrolysis of an electrolyte using carbon electrode
2)   Explain the uses of electrolysis in industry
Activities

1)    Explaining electrolysis process of molten lead(ll) bromide by using diagram
2)   Explaining the example of electrolysis in industry like extraction of reactive metals, electroplating and purifying metals by using diagram of the process
Noble Value
Appreciate the development of technology
Teaching Aids
Science’s Text book
Reflection
Some students still confuse between cation and anion and movement of those ions to electrode which is cathode and anode. Thus, teacher have to explain slowly and show on the diagram movement of ions to electrodes.
